Blog! Write it Down!
May 25, 2008
Hi. I’m just new here in this site. =) well, honestly I’m not the type of person who can freely express his feelings thru writings BUT the Lord has spoken to me just now and said. "Do it Now, I'm Here!"
It was already 7:52 am, Sunday March 25th when He said that.
Here's the story. When I first reached this site I was really amazed. "All smiles!” I felt the excitement upon browsing the entire site. And what pushes me is that I can create a group here.
So of course it runs in my mind of my precious "talent" haha! For those who don't know yet I'm DANCER. And then I decided to create a group of all dancers since (as far as I know) there’s none yet.
But what stopped me is that I had the feeling that people might think that I’m just new here in this site and that I have the guts already to create my own group. But I remembered the Lord. This is for HIM and not for anybody else.
That night I decided to do what I have to do which is to create a Group of Dancers, but I can’t start the whole thing. I don’t know why.
I kept on thinking all night until the sunlight was already peeking on my window. Its already morning but I’m still in the same website and still waiting for myself to fill up that form. And then suddenly, I remembered my Bible.
Before I opened my bible I prayed. I was asking for wisdom and an answer whether I’m going to continue on creating a dance group or not. And when I opened my bible, DAVID is the first word I saw. I remember David that he is one of the disciples of God who knows how to dance.
Particularly it opened in 1 chronicles 22. I read them all until I reached verse 14 and it says
''I have taken great pains to provide for the temple of the Lord a hundred thousand talents of gold, a million talent of silver, quantities of bronze and iron too great to be weighed, and wood and stone. And you may add to them. You have many workmen: stonecutters, masons and carpenters, as well as men skilled in every kind of work in gold and silver, bronze and iron--craftsmen beyond number. Now begin the work, and the Lord be with you.''
Wow! I couldn’t believe He talked to me and gave me the answer to my question. It was really amazing!
You know what I did? I shared it to my friend, Lorwin, and to my partner in life, Kathy Day.
He answered me at the same time I also shared it to them. I know God is talking to me right now and He wants me to come back to His kingdom and serve Him with all my heart and passion. I want to burse up again on the red flaming fire! I want to reach that vision!

I ask God if i can build a dance crew to our church to glorify His name using our talent in dancing and this is what He said
"Now, my son, the Lord be with you, and may you have success and build the house of the Lord your God, as he said you would. May the Lord give you discretion and understanding when He puts you in command over Israel, so that you may keep the law of the Lord your God. Then you will have success if you are careful to observe the decrees and laws that the Lord gave Moses for Israel. Be strong and courages. Do not be afraid or discouraged.
Prayer for Today:
Lord, Thank you for the words you have for me. Let your will be done and for your beautiful creation and talents that you gave. I pray for members / dancers that they will join me to worship you, glorify your name & dance in your kingdom. I pray that thru our dancing, people will know you more and more & love you forever.
In Jesus Name. Amen.

Focus on your purpose!
When you’re lonely – Stop building walls and start building bridges! Instead of saying, “I’m so lonely,” say, “Father, help me be a friend to people who need a friend. Help me to help lonely people.” That is the antidote for loneliness.

"The Loneliness of Transitions"
by Rick Warren
For I’m already being poured out like a drink offering, and the time has come for my departure. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:6-7 (NIV)
*** *** *** ***
Few human emotions can be as painful as loneliness. An event, such as a holiday or family celebration, can be a time of great enjoyment for most; but for some people, it’s a painful time filled with painful memories, depression, and loneliness.
In 2 Timothy 4, Paul tells us he knows about loneliness. He was sitting in prison, knowing he was facing a huge transition – the end of his life.
Writing the very last letter of his life, Paul said, “For I’m already being poured out like a drink offering and the time has come for my departure. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith” (verses 6-7).
Like us, Paul experienced the passages in life that lead to loneliness. In this case, he was alone in prison, awaiting his execution.
The fact is – life is a series of transitions. We’re born; we grow up; we go to school; we graduate; we get jobs; we change jobs; we retire; we die.
And every time we make a change in life, there’s a good chance we’ll feel lonely.
Would you believe there are studies showing the loneliest people in the world are elderly men who are sick? It’s because they’re all alone.
A friend of mine who works in a nursing home says that almost all patients have photos of their children and grandchildren displayed on a nightstand, but perhaps only a third of the patients ever get visitors!
Transitions in life can be a lonely time. We can even be lonely in a crowd; it doesn’t make any difference how many people are surrounding us. It’s our relationship with those people that makes a difference.
How can you face loneliness when you’re in transition?
First, make good use of your time – Think, “What could I do now that would be difficult if other people were around? What could I do in this time of loneliness that I could not do if there were other people here to interrupt me?” Use your time to do something great for God.
Second, stay focused on your purpose – So that at the end of your life, you can say, like Paul, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith” (2 Timothy 4:7 NIV).

"Seek Him"
Today's Scripture
“Seek Me and live” (Amos 5:4).
Today's Word from Joel and Victoria
The Bible tells us that Jesus came to give us abundant life. Not only did He come to give you life in eternity, but He desires that you experience abundant life here on earth. He wants your relationships to be vibrant and alive. He wants your dreams to be alive. He wants your body, heart, and mind to be alive and full of vitality. God is the source of all life and when you seek Him, you will find Him, and the result will be everlasting life. Are there areas in your life that need to be resurrected? Are there dreams that you’ve put on the back burner that you need to revive again? Do you need hope or faith for something today? Seek God and allow Him to breathe His life into you. Seek Him with your dreams; seek Him with your plans. Seek Him in all things, and you will find His abundant life, and everything you set your hand to will prosper in Jesus’ Name.
A Prayer for Today
Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Your Son Jesus so that I can have abundant life, both now and in eternity. I humbly come before You, giving You all that I am and ask for Your hand of blessing and guidance in everything I do. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
