It may be that the group that started the system causes divisions, but the concept of smaller groups of discipleship community is something that Jesus himself taught and the early church modeled
I believe so, Agape, if you are talking about the discipleship system involving groups of 12 people. Our discipleship system back in my homechurch was modeled after this one. True life change takes place in community. It's where sins are revealed and dealt with as you have friends to walk with you through it. It's where hurts are healed and you are encouraged. It's where you experience the joy of life as a part of something bigger than just you. So I'm pretty up on small groups, I'd say. Why?
