Our discipleship system back in my homechurch was modeled after this one. True life change takes place in community. It's where sins are revealed and dealt with as you have friends to walk with you through it. It's where hurts are healed and you are encouraged. It's where you experience the joy of life as a part of something bigger than just you. So I'm pretty up on small groups, I'd say. Why?
